Hormone & Lab Panels

See what your hormones are doing.

We use blood work to help you stop guessing about why you feel tired, gain weight, or feel “off,” and start a plan that fits you.

  • Panels for men and women who want more energy and better mood.
  • Looks at hormones, thyroid, heart health, vitamins, and more.
  • Easy path: labs → talk with provider → treatment options if needed.

Your blood draw can be done at our Newport Beach clinic or at a local Labcorp. If you need to fast, we will tell you exactly what to do.

Easy 3-step path from labs to a plan

We keep it simple and clear. You always know what happens next.

1
Short call and questions

We ask about your energy, weight, sleep, mood, and health story. Together we pick the right lab panel for you.

2
Get your blood drawn

Your blood draw can be done at our Newport Beach clinic or at a local Labcorp draw site. Most visits take about 15–20 minutes.

3
Review results and plan next steps

When your labs are ready, you meet with our provider. We go over your results in simple words and talk about next steps and treatment options if they make sense.

Find the reason you feel tired or “off”

Labs are like a map of your body. They help us see how your hormones, thyroid, heart, and vitamins are working so we can fix the real problem, not just cover up symptoms.

Overall health
  • Hormones: tests like testosterone, estradiol, and progesterone that affect mood, strength, sex drive, and cycles.
  • Thyroid: shows if your body is running too slow or too fast and why weight and energy may be hard.
  • Heart and cholesterol: help us see long-term heart and blood vessel health.
  • Vitamins and stress markers: things like B12, vitamin D, and cortisol that can affect mood, sleep, and focus.
  • General health: blood tests that look at your liver, kidneys, blood sugar, red and white blood cells, and more.

Common questions about our lab panels

Do I need to fast?

Some panels need fasting and some do not. We will tell you if you need to stop eating or drinking before your blood draw and for how long.

Where do I go for my blood draw?

You can get your blood drawn at our Range Medical clinic in Newport Beach or at a nearby Labcorp draw site. We send you the address and simple directions.

How long until I get my results?

Most lab results come back in a few business days. When they are ready, we set up your visit to go over them with our provider.

Will you explain the labs in simple words?

Yes. We explain what each main marker means, what looks off, and what we can do to help. You will not just get a printout of numbers and ranges.

What if my labs look “normal” but I still feel bad?

This happens a lot. We look at both your labs and your symptoms. Sometimes “normal” is not normal for you. We can still build a plan to help you feel better.

Do I have to start treatment after labs?

No. Labs give you information. We share options, but you decide what you want to do. Some people start a program like weight loss or hormone therapy; others wait. It is your choice.
