Your First Step: The Range Hormone Assessment

This is your starting point. Pick the panel that fits your situation. Both include a symptoms questionnaire, 1:1 provider review, and a written plan you can actually follow.

Essential Panel

$350

Male or Female • Provider consult included

  • Core hormone markers (testosterone, estrogen, thyroid)
  • Metabolic markers + basic inflammation
  • Symptoms & health history questionnaire
  • 1:1 provider review of your results
  • Written protocol recommendations

Best for: First-time patients or general hormone check.

Even if hormone therapy isn't right for you, you'll leave with a clear understanding of your labs and a plan for feeling better.

It's Not "Just Getting Older"

Your hormones are changing. And most doctors aren't looking closely enough to see it.

📉

Hormones Shift Early

Starting in your mid-30s, testosterone drops ~1% per year. Estrogen and progesterone fluctuate wildly during perimenopause. These changes hit years before labs look "abnormal."

🩺

Doctors Miss It

Most doctors check a handful of markers and compare you to "normal" ranges that include sick, sedentary, and elderly people. You're told you're fine—even when you feel terrible.

🔬

We Look Deeper

We run comprehensive panels. We compare your results to optimal ranges for your age. And we explain everything in plain English so you know exactly what's going on.

Typical Doctor Visits

  • Basic labs with wide "normal" ranges
  • 7-minute appointments
  • "Your labs are fine, it's probably stress"
  • No follow-up unless you push for it
  • Hormones barely checked (if at all)

Range Medical

  • Comprehensive hormone panel + metabolic markers
  • 1:1 consult with time to actually talk
  • We explain what's off and what it means for you
  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustments
  • Full hormone picture: testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, cortisol, etc.

How Hormone Optimization Works at Range

Labs this week. Results reviewed within days. Plan started within a week. Most patients feel different in 4–8 weeks.

Step 1

Get Your Labs

We run a comprehensive hormone panel—male or female specific—that checks testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, metabolic markers, and more. You'll also complete a symptoms questionnaire so we can connect the dots.

Choose Essential ($350) or Elite ($750). Both include your provider consult.

Day 1 → results in 3–4 days
Step 2

Meet with Your Provider

Your provider reviews your labs line by line. They explain what's optimal vs. what's just "normal," connect the results to your symptoms, and discuss your options. No rushing. No medical jargon without translation.

Tools We May Use in Your Plan

Everything is tailored to your labs and goals. Here's what might be part of your protocol.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

For men: testosterone optimization to support energy, mood, body composition, and drive. For women: estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone to ease menopause symptoms, improve sleep, and restore balance. Always dosed and monitored based on your labs.

Peptide Protocols

Peptides like BPC-157, CJC/Ipamorelin, and others can support recovery, sleep, and body composition. We design protocols based on your labs and goals—monitored by a licensed provider, not guesswork.

IV Nutrient Therapy & NAD

Targeted IV infusions deliver vitamins, minerals, and NAD directly to your cells. Useful for energy, recovery, and overall optimization—especially when gut absorption is compromised or you're running on empty.

Lifestyle & Nutrition Support

Hormones don't work in isolation. We'll recommend sleep, nutrition, and activity adjustments that amplify your results. No generic meal plans—just practical guidance based on your situation.

Is This Right for You?

We work best with people who are ready to actually address the problem—not just mask it.

This Is for You If:

  • You want to feel like yourself again
  • You're willing to do labs and follow a real plan
  • You're looking for long-term optimization, not a quick fix
  • You've been told "you're fine" but know something is off
  • You want a provider who listens and explains

This Is NOT for You If:

  • You want a one-time injection without any assessment
  • You're looking for illegal shortcuts or "cycle" support
  • You want the cheapest option with no monitoring
  • You're not willing to commit to follow-up labs
  • You want someone to just write a script without asking questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about hormone optimization at Range.

How do I know if my hormones are the problem?

If you're dealing with persistent fatigue, low drive, mood changes, sleep issues, or stubborn weight—and your doctor says everything is "normal"—there's a good chance your hormones are part of the picture. Our comprehensive labs will show exactly where you stand and whether optimization makes sense for you.

Is hormone therapy safe?

When prescribed by a licensed provider, monitored with regular labs, and dosed appropriately for your body, hormone therapy has a strong safety profile. We don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. We start conservatively, track your response, and adjust as needed. Your safety is our priority.

What's the difference between Essential and Elite panels?

The Essential Panel ($350) covers the core hormone and metabolic markers most people need. The Elite Panel ($750) goes deeper—adding advanced thyroid markers, inflammatory markers, nutrient levels, and more. Both include your 1:1 provider consult. We'll help you choose based on your symptoms and history.

How long before I feel a difference?

Most patients notice early changes in energy, sleep, or mood within 2–4 weeks. Fuller results—improved body composition, libido, mental clarity—typically develop over 2–3 months as we dial in your protocol. We track your progress and adjust along the way.

What does the first visit look like?

First, you get your labs drawn (Day 1). Results come back in 3–4 days. Then you meet 1:1 with a provider (usually Days 5–6) who reviews your labs, explains what they mean, and recommends a plan. If hormone therapy makes sense, you can start by Day 7.

Do I have to be on hormones forever?

Not necessarily. Some people use HRT for a defined period to restore balance, then maintain with lifestyle and supplements. Others prefer ongoing therapy to maintain optimal levels. We'll discuss what makes sense for your goals and situation—there's no one right answer.

Do you treat both men and women?

Yes. We have protocols specifically designed for men (testosterone optimization, metabolic support) and women (perimenopause, menopause, hormone balance). Your labs and consult are tailored to your biology.

Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-pay clinic and don't bill insurance directly. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds. We can provide documentation if you want to submit for potential reimbursement.

Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?

It starts with labs and a real conversation. Schedule your consult and find out what's actually going on.
