Refund Policy

At Range Medical, we strive to provide high-quality wellness services and products. Due to the nature of what we offer, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness and operational integrity.

1. Services

Once a service (such as IV therapy, injections, peptide protocols, lab draws, or consultations) has been rendered, it is considered final and non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to our team so we can address your concerns directly.

2. Prepaid Sessions

Prepaid sessions (such as bundles or packages) may be eligible for a partial refund for any unused portion, upon request and review. Any sessions already completed are non-refundable.

3. Late Cancellations / No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a fee or loss of session credit.

4. Lab Panels

Diagnostic lab panel orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed or the requisition form has been generated. If your blood draw has not occurred and no requisition has been issued, you may contact us to discuss a possible exception.

5. Retail Products

All supplement, injectable, and retail product sales (e.g., methylene blue, NAD+, peptides) are final once opened or shipped. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days to request an exchange.
