Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

HBOT delivers oxygen at increased atmospheric pressure to support tissue oxygenation, healing, and recovery. We’re putting the finishing touches on our program—call or text to be notified when booking opens.

Why People Seek HBOT

Tissue Oxygenation

Pressurized oxygen helps saturate plasma and reach areas with limited blood flow, supporting recovery.

Recovery & Resilience

Many use HBOT to help with post-stress recovery, general wellness goals, and athletic performance support.

Cellular Environment

Optimizing oxygen availability may support mitochondrial function and a favorable healing environment.

Fatigue & Energy

HBOT may help reduce fatigue by improving oxygen delivery and cellular recovery. Results are even stronger when paired with Red Light Therapy, which enhances mitochondrial function.

What to Expect (When Live)

Your First Visit

  • Brief intake and safety screen (ear/sinus health, respiratory status, recent procedures).
  • Orientation to the chamber, equalization tips, and comfort settings.
  • Typical sessions run ~60 minutes at a prescribed pressure (protocol-dependent).

After Your Session

  • You’ll decompress gradually; most resume normal activity.
  • Mild ear fullness or fatigue can occur; hydration and gentle activity help.
  • Your provider will suggest frequency based on goals and response.

Safety & Considerations

Who May Need Clearance

Ear/sinus issues, recent ear surgery, certain lung conditions, uncontrolled fever, or trouble equalizing pressure.

Generally Not Appropriate

Untreated pneumothorax. Some situations require specialist review before HBOT.
